The role:
Reporting directly into the Commercial Director, we have an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially savvy, Commercial Partnership Manager to join our team.

As a Commercial Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for working with our commercial partners (including our betting & gaming partners) to create and manage a schedule of robust, and carefully crafted, marketing campaigns that capture the imagination of our members, drive engagement and delivers results both for Rewards4 and our partners.
Helping to shape and optimise our partner relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who is commercial in approach, and who enjoys thinking critically and creatively to identify opportunities in a strategic, yet hands on Marketing Campaign role.
Experience of affiliate / brand partner management, alongside proven experience of effective campaign marketing that has driven consistent commercial growth is essential for this role.
As Commercial Partnership Manager, you will:
External duties
- Work closely with our commercial partners to understand their needs and build strong result-driven relationships through the delivery of well-thought out, value adding campaigns that drive and optimise member participation, member engagement and commercial value to our partners.
- Work with our commercial partners to implement and drive strategic plans / road maps of campaign delivery, which align to our strategic goals and our partners’ requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day relationships with our partners, ensuring that BAU marketing activity is signed off.
- Hold monthly review meetings with our partners to discuss results of regular marketing activity, upcoming campaigns, present and share KPI results, and report regularly on general marketing activity, campaign successes, and the associated revenue generation and achievements for our partners.
- Take ownership and oversee campaigns from ideation through to ensuring that they are delivered correctly and on time.
- Work with our Commercial team to grow our commercial partnerships in a way that drives business success, strategic value and secures partnership renewal.
- Use your affiliate partner marketing knowledge to assist the Company in acquiring new commercial partners.
Internal
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including CRM, Creative, Data and Programme Managers, to create, schedule and successfully execute compelling campaigns that enhance the members experience, which in turn delivers positive results for our business and our partners.
- Work closely with our Data team to analyse, predict, and understand how data can be used to influence marketing activity and the member experience.
- Oversee and manage your schedule of marketing campaigns to ensure that performance is in line with Company and partner delivery projections and expectations as well as campaign KPI’s.
- Analyse, track, and report on campaign results and successes through MI reporting.
- Provide solutions and recommendations to quickly resolve issues relating to the performance of campaigns.
- Take ownership and ensure that all marketing collateral aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Hold ‘wash-up’ meetings with internal stakeholders to evaluate marketing activity performance and summarise any learnings.
- Liaise and work with internal departments, ie. CRM, Data, Programme Managers and Member Services to inform and ensure the smooth running of campaign activity.
Marketing duties
- Have a firm understanding of the wider marketing and commercial strategy of each Rewards programme, ensuring that commercial partner road maps and campaign planning is aligned and adds value.
- Have an excellent understanding of affiliate driven marketing and devise and oversee effective partner engagement and campaigns via email, social, and other digital channels.
- Support engagement amongst our existing membership base by working with CRM to enhance member communication.
- Ensure that website messaging and content in relation to our commercial partners and the campaigns that we run for them is kept up to date, fresh and relevant.
- Have a good understanding of marketing technology and digital channels to ensure that you can support the Head of CRM in the successful delivery of campaigns.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent campaign management experience with a proven record of driving impactful marketing campaigns that have a beneficial ROI.
- Excellent relationship management skills driven through high commercial understanding, excellent communication and mutual business success.
- Excellent experience of affiliate marketing.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to confidently influence and articulate the benefit of campaign ideas to our commercial partners.
- Experience of devising strategic, well-thought-out campaign road maps, collaborating with wider teams to implement the schedule.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to execute and deliver campaigns on time and meet KPI targets.
- A clear communicator and influencer with great verbal and written skills both internally and with our external partners.
- A self-starter, used to working cross-functionally and collaboratively with Creative, CRM, Programme Management and Data teams to drive great results.
Qualifications / Professional Membership:
- Educated to Degree level in relevant field – Marketing / Business etc.
- Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
